Section 21 in Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Procedure for Conduct of Business) Rules, 2016
21. Proposal to be presented for vote.
- When the Presiding Officer is satisfied that sufficient discussion has taken place on any proposal, then he shall immediately put the proposal for voting without any further discussion or amendment:Provided that if any matter has been discussed for more than an hour then the Presiding Officer shall put the proposal for voting at that very moment.
