ORDER
The Commission has received a Complaint petition; dated 05 August 2013 (Dy. No. 157555/2013) from Ms. Paramjeet Kaur, Delhi stating that she has been denied the information by the concerned PIO on the ground of exemption provided under Section 8(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 and the required records are not available in that office; in respect of her RTI application dated 23 May 2013 submitted to the Depot Manager, Delhi Transport Corporation, Rohini-II, Delhi. A copy of the complaint and the RTI application are enclosed.
2. In exercise of the powers vested under Section 18(1) of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, the Commission directs the Appellate Authority to enquire into the allegations made by the Complainant and to pass an appropriate order with a view to ensuring that the desired information is provided to the Complainant, at the earliest.
3. In case the Complainant is not satisfied with the order of the Appellate Authority, she is free to approach this Commission in second appeal.
4. The Complaint is disposed of with the above directions.
