Section 6(1)(b) in Rajasthan State Road Transport Service(Prevention of Ticketless Travel) Act, 1975

(b)while travelling by a motor vehicle or while remaining in it or having alighted from it, fails or refuses to present for examination pass or ticket immediately on requisition being made therefor under Section 5; or
