Section 54 in The M.P. Farmers' Organisation Election Rules, 1999
54. Power of Government in certain cases.
- If any question arises to the interpretation of these Rules otherwise than in connection with an enquiry held under these Rules, for the decision of disputes as to the validity of an election or in removing any difficulty in giving effect to the provisions of the Act, the question shall be referred to the Government whose decision thereon shall be final.
