Section 69(1) in The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Act, 2016
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the method of recruitment, appointment, procedure for selection, pay and allowances and other conditions of service of the employees of the University shall be such as may be prescribed by the Regulations.
