376. Members and officers and other employees to be public servants.
- All the members, and officers and other employees, of the Corporation shall, while acting, or purporting to act, in pursuance of, or in exercise of any power conferred by or under, any provision of this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, and the definition of "legal remuneration" in section 161 of that Code, the word "Government" shall, for the purposes of this section, be deemed to include the Corporation.
