ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Complaining that the order of the Division Bench dated 22.04.2024 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
2. It is seen from the proceedings of the District Collector, Salem dated 22.03.2025 that the order has been given effect to and Survey No.28/5 has been designated as a burial ground. It is also stated that no further burial will be allowed in Survey Nos. 26 & 27.
