Section 4(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Guidelines for Redressal of Grievances) Regulations, 2008
(1)Every licensee in the State at its Corporate Office will have a "Grievance Redressal cum Settlement "Forum" for the redressal of consumers grievances in accordance with the guidelines contained in these Regulations.
