The impugned order dated 05.05.2014 passed by the Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula can be effectively challenged in the revision petition before the State Government under Section 42 of the Punjab Agricultural Marketing Act, 1961.
In view of the above mentioned alternative remedy, this petition is dismissed at this stage as pre-mature with liberty to the petitioners to file revision petition.
