Section 42(3)(a) in The Bihar Private Forest Act, 1947

(a)the total expenditure shall include the allowance paid to the landlord concerned under clause (a) of sub-section (1) and any sum determined as compensation under sub-section (1) of Section 22 or the value of any thing taken from the forest under sub-section (1) of that Section; and
