Section 10(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2006
(1)On an application made by the Board for the recovery of arrears of any sum payable to it under this Act or under the scheme and on its furnishing of a statement of accounts in respect of such arrears, the Collector may, after making such inquiries as he deems fit, grant a certificate for the recovery of the amount stated therein to be due as arrears.
