6/ 26.11.2019 Learned counsel Mr. Sandeep Kumar Burnwal has entered appearance on behalf of the Respondent and undertakes to file vakalatnama during course of the day. Let his name be reflected in the cause list henceforth on behalf of the Respondent.

2. The husband, aggrieved with dismissal of Original Suit No. 309/2016 seeking divorce on the grounds of cruelty and desertion by the Court of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro, is in appeal. Appeal is suffering from a delay of four days.

3. Having considered the grounds urged and submissions of the parties, delay is condoned. I.A. No. 9002/2019 stands disposed of.

4. In order to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties, they are directed to appear before the learned Member Secretary, JHALSA on 06.12.2019. The matter be placed thereafter before the learned Mediator for undertaking the exercise. Appellant / husband shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- towards travelling and incidental expenses to the Respondent / wife on each date she attends the mediation, in presence of learned Mediator. Parties are expected to cooperate in the mediation process and attend each of the dates. If they are able to arrive at an amicable settlement, terms and conditions thereof be jointly reduced in writing to avoid any confusion in future. Let a report be submitted by the learned Mediator four weeks thereafter.

5. Let the matter be listed in the week of 20th January 2020 along with the report.
