94. Record of vehicles.
- In respect of each vehicle, the Controlling Officer shall be responsible for the maintenance of,-(a)Particulars of each vehicle in Form FBA-39;(b)a log book in Form FBA-40;(c)a register in Form FBA-41 showing cost of repairs etc.-, carried out;(d)a register of petrol and diesel etc, in Form FBA-42; and(e)An inventory of equipment in Form FBA-43.
