2. We have heard Ms. Kawalpreet Kaur, learned counsel for the Petitioner and looked into the facts and circumstances of the case. The Petitioner herein has multifarious grievances with regard to the Covid Care and Isolation Centre, Sultanpuri, New Delhi.

3. In the instant petition, Petitioner is seeking directions to the Respondent to provide healthcare professionals including Doctors and Nurses and to ensure their visit thrice a day to examine and treat the patients isolated in the Centre in question. She submits that there is an urgent need for cleaning and sanitising the toilets and washrooms as well as provision of clean and sanitised bed sheets and blankets. Learned counsel has flagged various other issues such as sanitisation of the rooms, provision of gloves, PPE kits, etc. for the sanitisation workers, standard of food served to the patients which is absolutely inappropriate to their medical condition, etc. In a nutshell the grievance is that the isolation facility is not being maintained in the manner that it should be and this is having an adverse affect on the health of the patients isolated in the centre. Photographs have been placed on record in support of the submissions made.
