136. Publication and transmission of an abstract of the account. -
As soon as practicable after the receipt of the said report, the Board shall prepare an abstract of the accounts to which it relates, and shall publish such abstract by notification, and shall send a copy of the abstract to the [Commissioner of the Corporation] [Words substituted by Ben Act 1 of 1939 and W. B. Act 32 of 1955, respectively.] and to the [State Government] [Words substituted by Ben Act 1 of 1939 and W. B. Act 32 of 1955, respectively.].
