Counsel for the parties inform the court that similar issues involved in other cases are pending consideration before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and some of the records of those cases have also been called in Transfer Petition from this court being Transfer Petition (Civil) Nos. 830 of 2005 and 831 of 2005. It is submitted that the Hon'ble Supreme Court stayed the further proceedings in the High Court in the meantime.

In that view of the matter, let the cases go out of the list with liberty to the parties to mention upon any subsequent development or after disposal of the aforesaid Transfer Petition (Civil) Nos. 830/05 and 831/05.
