Section 7(1)(i) in Rajasthan Sanskrit Education State and Subordinate Service (School Branch) Rules, 2015

(i)posts up to Pay Band PB-1 Grade Pay No. 10 to be filled in by direct recruitment by appointing on compassionate ground one of the dependents of a member of Armed Forces / Para Military Forces belonging to the State who becomes permanently incapacitated on or after 1.4.1999 in any defense operations including counter insurgency operations and operations against terrorists.
