In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-(i)"the Act" means the Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants (Payment of Fair Rent) Act, 1956 (Tamil Nadu Act XXIV of 1956);(ii)"form" means a from appended to these rules;(iii)"section" means a section of the Act.
