Section 8(3) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment of Government Land to Ghair Dakhilkar Tenant in Paintalisa Area) Conditions, 1970
(3)The Assistant Colonisation Commissioner shall within two months of the notified period submit all applications received by him within the prescribed time to the Allotting Authority along-with his report on each such application and his recommendations for acceptance or rejection thereof giving reasons therefor.
