2. Repeal of Madras Acts IV of 1896 and III of 1920.
- The Malabar Marriage Act, 1896 (Madras Act IV of 1896), in so far as it has not been already repealed and section 6 of the Jaina Succession Act, 1928 ([Tamil Nadu] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1969, as amended by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.] Act III of 1929), are hereby repealed.
