Section 9(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Urban Immovable Property Tax (Repeal And Saving) Act, 2002
(2)The Accountability Commission may inquire into any act or conduct of any person other than a public functionary in so far as it considers it necessary so to do for the purpose of its inquiry into any such allegations:Provided that the Accountability Commission shall give such person a reasonable opportunity of being heard and to produce evidence in his defence.
