Section 277B(iii) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(iii)the application shall be invited by the Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board by advertising the posts in such manner, as they may deem fit, and shall be made in such form as they may approve. Candidates shall be required to state in the application form, the names of all the 33 districts in order of their preference, in which they want to serve;
