Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioners.

We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed. However, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that in view of the liberty granted to the petitioners by the High Court to continue the enquiry and make the payment of backwages, reasonable time be fixed to enable the petitioners to undertake the enquiry and make the payment.

In view of the above, eight weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioners to conduct the enquiry and one week time is granted for payment of backwages Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by is concerned.
