Section 11 in The Mahajati Sadan Act, 1949

11. Contribution by the Corporation of Calcutta.

- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Calcutta Municipal Act, 1923, the Corporation of Calcutta shall, for the purposes of the Mahajati Sadan, contribute annually to the Board a sum of five thousand rupees and may contribute such other sums as the Corporation may, from time to time, determine.
