Section 32 in The West Bengal Mining Settlements (Health And Welfare) Act, 1964
32. Protection to persons acting in good faith. -
No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules, by-laws or regulations made thereunder.
