Section 12(1) in U.P. Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1983

(1)The fee to be paid for the grant of certificate of registration of an establishment under Section 4 shall be as specified below, namely :If the number of migrant workmen proposed to be employed in the establishment on any day-
      Rs.
(a) is 5 but does not exceed 20 ... 90.00
(b) exceeds 20 but does not exceed 50 ... 225.00
(c) exceeds 50 but does not exceed 100 ... 450.00
(d) exceeds 100 but does not exceed 200 ... 900.00
(e) exceeds 200 but does not exceed 400 ... 1800.00
(f) exceeds 400 ... 2250.00
