आदेश / ORDER
These 5 appeals by the assessee arise out of the common order dated 27-11-2018 passed by the CIT(A)-1, Kolhapur in relation to the assessment years 2005-06 to 2009-10.
2. Before us, the ld AR of the assessee has filed common letters dated 20-07-2021 seeking withdrawal of the appeals. The relevant contents of such letters (except appeal particulars) read as under:
"1. The appellant submits that for the year under consideration, he has filed a declaration under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme on 26-12-2020 before the Hon. Designated Authority.
2. The certificate in Form 3 under section 5(1) of the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 is issued by the learned Designated Authority PCIT Pune 1 on 07-01-2021. Copy of the same is enclosed for your information and records.2

3. In view of the above the impugned appeal referred above may please be treated as withdrawn."
3. The ld. DR did not raise any objection to the withdrawal of the appeals filed by the assessee. As such, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeals.
4. In the result, the appeals are dismissed as 'withdrawn'.
