Section 7 in The Indian Electricity (Uttar Pradesh Amendment and Validation) Act, 1975
7. Application of Act.
- The provisions of this Act shall apply to all licensee in respect of their undertakings sold after September 5, 1959, under Section 5 or Section 6 of the principal Act and purchase price in respect whereof was not determined prior to the commencement of this Act.
