Section 23(1) in Bihar Excise (Mahua Flowers) Rules, 2006
(1)On receipt of an application under Rule 22, the Collector or Excise Officer of the district may make enquiries for the verification of the particulars given in the application and also such other enquiries as he deems necessary. If the concerned officer is satisfied that there is no objection to grant the permit applied for he may grant such permit in Form M.F. (VII) on payment of a fee of rupees two only.
