UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
We have heard the arguments at some length.
One of the submissions of the petitioner, who appears in- person, is that the subject matter of the complaint filed by him was totally different and the issue raised did not arise for consideration nor were decided in the writ petitions which were filed as public interest litigation or the judgments which were rendered by the High Court of Karnataka as well as this Court.
This is refuted by respondents and the respondents have also filed a Chart whereby it has tried to demonstrate that the issues brought/raised were the same which were raised in the writ petitions filed against various persons and which were raised and decided by the High Court and this Court.
We, however, feel that it would be in the fitness of things if the respondents specifically meet the Ground-'A' of the Special Leave Petition wherein the petitioner has raised as many as twelve allegations, which, according to the petitioner, were not raised earlier. Let that Chart be filed within two weeks.
List on 5th September, 2018.
