Section 6 in Tamil Nadu Poisons (Regulation of Possession and Sale) Rules, 2015
6. Duration of License.
- Subject to the provisions of Rules 7 and 9, a license granted or renewed under these Rules shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of issue.
