(3)If the State or a Regional Transport Authority grants an application for the replacement of a vehicle, it shall call upon the holder of the permit to produce [-] [The words 'Part B of' omitted vide Punjab Government Notification No. G.S.R.41/C.A.59/88/S.96/Amd.(17)/2000, dated 25.9.2002.] the permit and the certificate of registration of new vehicle, if not previously delivered to it and shall correct [-] [The words 'Parts A and B of' omitted vide Punjab Government Notification No. G.S.R.41/C.A.59/88/S.96/Amd.(17)/2000, dated 25.9.2002.] the permit and return them accordingly under its seal and signatures to the holder.
