Section 14(o) in Chhattisgarh Right of Youth to Skill Development Act, 2013
(o)Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Act, the Chief Executive Officer shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions, as may be delegated by the Governing Council or the Executive Committee necessary for carrying out the day to day administration of the State Authority or the District Authority.
