Section 73(1)(a) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984

(a)The Director (Administration) shall issue a sanction letter in favour of claimant or claimants endorsing a copy thereof to the Chief Accounts Officer indicating the amount of provisional family pension and hundred per cent of the gratuity as determined.
