50. Questions on matter relating to administration. -
A Councillor [* * *] [Words omitted by W.B. Act 36 of 1994.] may, in such manner as may be prescribed, ask the Mayor-in-Council questions on any matter relating to the administration of the Corporation or the municipal government of the city and all such questions shall be answered by the Mayor or any other member of the Mayor-in-Council.
