Section 27(1) in Tamil Nadu Lease Holds (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(1)Every person making a claim to, or enforceable against, the compensation deposited under any of the provisions of this Act or any portion thereof, shall apply to the Tribunal within three months from the date on which, the amount was deposited or within such further time not exceeding three months, a: the Tribunal may, in its discretion, allow.
