It is submitted and pleaded that in view of the addition of parties, paragraph nos. 19A to 19F are to be added in the plaint. It is further averred that the amendment is formal in nature and would not change the cause of action.
Mr. Banerjee, learned Counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that the proposed amendment may be allowed as trial is yet to commence.
No affidavit in opposition is filed. 2 Learned Counsel for the defendant submits that they do not like to oppose the application.
Accordingly, prayer (a) to (d) of the Master's Summons be allowed. The Department is directed to do the needful. The suit will appear in the list for further Order on 12th December, 2024.
