Section 3(4) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Setting up of Power Plant based on Renewable Energy Sources) Rules, 2007
(4)The application shall be processed and recommended by the RREC to the District Collector, if found complete in all aspects and if the applicant fulfills all the requirements for allotment of land as per the Policy for promoting generation of electricity through non-conventional energy sources declared by the Energy Department, Government of Rajasthan, from time to time.
