Section 18(e) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Privileges, Properties and Funds, Accounts, Audit, Winding Up and Execution of Decrees, Orders and Decisions) Rules, 1985
(e)The liquidator may empower any person, by general or special order in writing, to make collections and to grant valid receipts on his behalf.
