Section 127(2)(iii) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017

(iii)Unless the State Government otherwise directs, the Market Committee referred to in clause (i) and the Chairperson, Vice-chairperson and members thereof shall continue until the expiry of their term under the repealed Act or till a Market Committee is constituted in accordance with the provisions of this Act, whichever is earlier.
