68. Approval of building sties and sanction of plan for erection of buildings.
- No piece of land shall be used as a site for the erection of a building unless such site has been so approved within the prescribed period, and no building shall be creeled unless a building plan has been sanctioned for such erection in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter and the rules and the regulations made under this Act.
