1. The matter has been taken up today on filing of the captioned IAs.
2. It is submitted that the matter is coming up for hearing before the Hon'ble Court on 05.12.2023.
3. Ld. Counsel for petitioners has submitted that he has sent advance service of the captioned IAs upon respondents.
4. There is no appearance on behalf of respondents.
5. Ld. Counsel for petitioners has submitted that rejoinders to the reply of respondent no.1 and reply of respondent This is a digitally signed order.

In the present facts and in view of order dated 16.10.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court, the captioned IAs have come infructuous and hence, both the captioned IAs stand disposed off accordingly.
