Section 28(1) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(1)The Executive Council shall meet once in every two months, or more often as may be considered necessary, and on such dates as may be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. All meetings of the Council shall be held at headquarters of the University, but, with the previous approval of the Chancellor, any meeting may be held at any other place.
