Section 439(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(1)Any essential officer or servant contravening any of the provisions of Sections 64 or 65 shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
