Section 7(2)(b) in The Punjab Prevention of Anti-Social and Hazardous Activities Act, 1976

(b)section 445, 446 and 447 of the said Code shall mutatis mutandis apply in relation to all bonds executed under this section as if the District Magistrate or the Commissioner were a court.
