Section 50(2) in Telangana Irrigation Utilisation and Command Area Development Act, 1984
(2)All this done or other action taken by an Adhoc Command Area Development Authority shall be deemed to have been done or taken by the Command Area Development Authority constituted in its place under this Act and all assets vested in, and all liabilities subsisting against, an Adhoc Command Area Development Authority on that date shall devolve on the Command Area Development Authority constituted in its place under this Act.
