Section 9A(b) in The Mizoram Civil Service Rules, 1988
(b)Member-(i) Chief Secretary, Government of Mizoram, who till the Mizoram Public Service Commission is not constituted shall be Chairman of this Committee.(ii)To be nominated by the Government.(iii)To be nominated by the Government.
