Section 9(1)(g) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002

(g)he shall have the right to collect from the Punjab Government or other offices, companies or firms or any other party as may be directed by the Commission, such information as may be considered useful for the purpose of expedient discharge of the functions of the Commission under the Act and place the said information before the Commission.
