Section 11(1) in Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board Act, 1966
(1)The State Government may, on the recommendation of the Board, remove any member of the Board or a Committee, if he has been convicted by a court of law of any offence involving moral turpitude, or if he has been guilty of scandalous conduct.
