Section 2(dd) in Himalayan Garhwal University Act, 2016
(dd)"Teacher" means a Professor/ Dean, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor/ Lecturer or such other person as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in constituent Colleges and Institute and includes the Principal/ Dean of the Constituent College.
